Governor Nasir El Rufai Visits Destitutes Home In Kaduna

Governor Nasir El Rufai pictured greeting occupants at the Destitutes' Home on Kano Road in Kaduna. The governor made the visit after he inspected facilities at the Kaduna State Rehabilitation Centre Kakuri. The governor assured the residents that the place will be upgraded. 
The governor said the rehabilitation centre will itself be rehabilitated to enable it train and impart skills to the physically-challenged.
